Overview
--------
WinShell is a multi-purpose shell intended to be used primarily
by heavy Internet users. Through the use of external programs it
handles UUE and PGP files. Zipping and unzipping is built in. You
can zip, unzip, encode, decode, encrypt, decrypt, copy, delete,
and rename files easily within WinShell. For maximum flexibility,
WinShell also lets the user define four of their own buttons and
menu choices and the action that should occur when they are
activated.

Full operation requires the following external files:

Uuencode & Uudecode (v4.0 or higher)
PGP (v2.6.2 or higher)

About WinShell
--------------
WinShell is distributed as freeware. It was written in Visual Basic,
thus it requires VBRun300.dll. I wrote it for the sole purpose of
putting all the programs that I use all the time together in a
more usable manner via a GUI.
