Welcome to MusicFile!   
   
MusicFile is a database program that helps you keep track of all your   
listening material.  Once you enter all of your items, your collection will be  
at your fingertips.  You can easily browse your collection; use powerful  
search utilities to quickly locate items and songs; print several reports    
about your collection; and effortlessly create tape sides or playlists with the   
TapeMaker feature.   
   
MusicFile is shareware.  The demo version is limited to 20 records.  I have   
kept 10 of my own items in the demo to allow you to see the power of  
MusicFile right away.  Try adding some of your own colleciton. Play around  
with it; preview the reports; if you like it, order a registered copy.   
   
Click the Registration Info button on the Main Menu  and fill out the form

Installing MusicFile for Microsoft Access   
  
To open MusicFile, do the following:   
   
a) Open Microsoft Access   
b) Select "File", "Open Database"   
c) In the Open Database dialog box, locate the mf15????.mdb   
d) Click the OK button and MusicFile will load   
   
To create an icon that will load MusicFile from the Program Manager, do   
the following:   
   
a) Go To the Program Manager   
b) Open the Group you want the icon to appear in   
c) Select "File", "New", "Program Item", and click the OK button   
d) In the description box, type "MusicFile"   
e) In the Command Line box, you must enter the following:   
		   
path of Access\msaccess.exe "space" path of MusicFile\mf15????.mdb   
for example: c:\access\msaccess.exe c:\music\mf15????.mdb   
	   
f) Choose the icon you want to represent MusicFile and click the OK   
button   
g) Double click the icon and Access should load, followed by MusicFile

For help at any time, press F1 within MusicFile.
