Subject: ACT 2.0 Phonebook Not Accessible

Situation:
==========
After upgrading from ACT 1.x to ACT 2.0, you select the ACT phonebook in 
WinFax and the following message appears:

    "WinFax cannot start the application that provides the phonebook..."

Solution:
=========
The [WfxPbLinks] section of the WIN.INI may not have been updated.  For 
example, if ACT 2.0 is located in a directory called ACTWIN2, then the 
statement in the [WfxPbLinks] section would be :

    ACT!PhoneBook=1,C:\ACTWIN2\ACTWIN2.EXE,ACTWIN2,ACTWINPB,ActFrameClass

If this line is missing or incorrect, WinFax cannot open the ACT 2.0 
phonebook. Change the statement as required and save the revised WIN.INI 
file.

Restart Windows for the change to take effect.
