Subject: Fax Broadcast Host List Manager

You can use the Delrina Host List Manager to upload, download, replace or
delete lists on the Fax Broadcast host. Follow the procedures outlined below
to logon to the Fax Broadcast host and manage host lists.

Logging On the Fax Broadcast Host
=================================

1. From your Windows desktop, double click the Delrina WinComm PRO icon to
   start WinComm.

2. Do either of the following to open a Host List Manager Session:
   - double click the Host List Manager icon in your WinComm Phonebook
   - select the Host List Manager icon and either select Connect from the
     File menu or click the Connect button.

If you have previously accessed the Fax Broadcast host and stored your account
information, WinComm automatically connects you to the host. Otherwise, go
to step 3.

3. Type your Fax Broadcast user identification (ID) in the User ID dialog.
   You may store your user ID in WinComm as a permanent value by selecting
   the check box. Click OK.

4. Type your password in the Password dialog. You may store your password in
   WinComm as a permanent value by selecting the check box. Click OK.

5. Specify the Fax Broadcast Host telephone number in the Telephone Number
   dialog. You may store the number as the session telephone number by
   selecting the check box.

6. Click Dial. By storing your user ID, password and telephone number,
   WinComm will not prompt you the next time you logon to the host. WinComm
   will dial the telephone number and automatically connect to the host. The
   Login Status dialog appears and notifies you of your login progress.

Uploading a List to the Host
============================

1. From the Host List Manager Transfer menu, select Add List (Send). The Add
   List (Send) dialog appears.

2. In the Local Filename field, specify the name and path of the WinFax
   phonebook you want to upload.

3. In the Host List Name drop-down list box, type a unique three to six
   digit number for the host to reference this phone list.

   Note: The phone numbers in your WinFax phonebook must be at least
          10 digits. Otherwise, when you upload your phonebook the host
          prompts you to fill in the area code for each entry that does
          not have at least 10 digits.

4. Click OK. The Upload Progress dialog appears. WinComm automatically
   uploads the selected WinFax phonebook to the Fax Broadcast host.

Downloading a List From the Host
================================

1. From the Host List Manager Transfer menu, select Download List
   (Receive). The Download List (Receive) dialog appears.

2. In the Host List Name drop-down list box, type the three to six digit
   host list number to download.

3. In the Local Filename field, specify the name and path of the file
   where you want to store the list.

4. Click OK. The Download Progress dialog appears. WinComm automatically
   downloads the selected host list from the Fax Broadcast host and stores
   it in the specified file location.

Deleting a List From the Host

1. From the Host List Manager Transfer menu, select Delete List From
   Host. The Delete List From Host dialog appears.

   from the host. Select the check box to download the list before deleting
   it from the host.

   Host check box, the Download List (Receive) dialog appears. In the Local
   Filename field, specify the name and path of the file where you want to
   store the list.

4. Click OK. If you selected the Download List Before Deleting from the
   Host option, the Download Progress dialog appears. WinComm automatically
   deletes the selected host list from the Fax Broadcast Host.

Replacing a List From the Host
==============================

   Host dialog appears.

   replaces the host list with the specified file.

Creating Your Own Lists
=======================
If you have a list of names and fax numbers that already exists in a
database, you can convert them for uploading to the host. To do this,
output the existing database information into an ASCII file following the
Fax Broadcast file format specifications outlined below.

Notes:

- The List ID, Primary Fax Number and Recipient Reference are required
  fields. The other fields are optional, and if not completed should only
  contain a carriage return and line feed.

- These 16 lines repeat for every address on the list.

- Each of the lines must be trimmed to remove leading and trailing blanks,
  and must end with a hard carriage return/line feed sequence.

- Each address record must end as a single line containing a pound sign
  (#) and a carriage return. Each list must end as a single file
  containing a backslash character (\) and a carriage return.

- Begin all international numbers with "011".

Using Linked Phonebooks
=======================

Databases linked to a WinFax phonebook cannot be directly loaded to the
Fax Broadcast Host. To use information from a database program, first
load the database into a WinFax phonebook, and then upload the list to
the Fax Broadcast host.
