Subject:  Delrina Fax MailBox Service - Send/Receive Difficulties

The Delrina Fax MailBox is a service which provides our valued clientele a
simple way of receiving and storing faxes until they are ready to retrieve 
them. Faxes can be retrieved from anywhere in the world simply by
downloading them to WinFax PRO 4.0 or forwarding them to a fax machine. 
The following information outlines the two simple and reliable methods of
retrieving faxes:

Receiving Faxes in WinFax PRO 4.0
=================================

1. Select Services from the main menu WinFax.

2. Choose the option Retrieve from MailBox.

3. Enter the correct MailBox Fax Number and Password.

4. If a prefix is required to get an outside line, enable the Use Prefix 
   Option.

5. Click OK.

Note:  The Status Code message "No faxes were polled" refers to the
       following:

       Class 1 fax/modem       - indicates that there were no faxes in
                                 the Fax MailBox.
       Class 2 & CAS fax/modem - indicates either there were no faxes
                                 in the Fax MailBox, or the password 
                                 may have been entered incorrectly.

Receiving Faxes on a Fax Device
===============================

1. Call your Fax MailBox from a touch-tone phone.

2. When the greeting is being played, press "*".

3. When prompted, key in your password and press "#".

4. Press "1" to review your messages.

5. Press "1" to access the Repeat Voice or Print Fax options.


Fax Device Options using the Repeat Voice or Print Fax Menu
===========================================================

From the Repeat Voice or Print Fax Menu, select one of the following
options:

- Press "2" to Retrieve faxes on your Default (Pre-arranged) Fax Machine
  (cannot be redirected to an International Number).
- Press "3" to Retrieve faxes on the Fax Machine you're calling from.
- Press "4" to Retrieve faxes on Another Fax Machine (cannot be redirected
  to an International Number).
- Press "#" to Retrieve faxes on the same Fax Machine you used the last
  time you called.

Note:  At any time, press "0" to hear your options, or press "00" to hear
       the options explained.

Troubleshooting - Before Calling Delrina
========================================

When you call Delrina Technical Support, there may be long distance charges
for each minute of the call. In order to cut down the length of your phone
call, take the following steps before calling a Delrina Technical Support
Representative:

- If you receive voice messages, ensure that your Fax MailBox has
  been activated.
- Enable the "Detect Dial Tone" & "Detect Busy Signal" features.
- Try to send/receive from other fax devices.
- Confirm that you have dialed correctly and have entered a valid password.
- Check that the DataLine is in the correct jack by looking at the label
  on your modem (TELCO or LINE).
