Subject: Duplicate Receive Log Events for Microsoft at Work

Situation:
==========
After receiving a Microsoft at Work event, the receive log has a zero page
entry. When you tried to view this entry, it requested a password. After
you entered the password, the view of the event continued. When the view
was closed, two instances of the event appeared in the Receive log, the
first one with zero pages and the second with the correct number of pages.
When you view the second event, it opens without requesting a password.

Solution:
=========
This is normal when dealing with encrypted Microsoft at Work events.

The first event is an encrypted Microsoft at Work event. WinFax requests a
password before allowing it to be viewed.

The second event is created when the first one has been viewed. This is a
de-crypted copy of the same event which allows you to open the event
without having to enter the password.

Since you have two events, you have the option of:

- deleting the de-crypted event and keeping a secure password protected
  copy, or
- deleting the encrypted copy and keeping a standard event in the log.
