Subject: Importing Phonebooks from Lotus Organizer 1.x

Situation 1:
============
You are unable to export from Lotus Organizer to a database structure
supported by WinFax PRO 4.0.

Solution 1:
===========
WinFax allows you to import a Lotus Organizer file directly.

1. Choose or create a phonebook in WinFax.

2. From the right click menu menu, choose Import. The Import Phone Records
    dialog appears.

3. In the Import from File field, click Select or type the file name. In
    the Format field, use the drop-down list box to select
    Lotus Organizer 1.x. Click OK.

All the fields are linked automatically.

Situation 2:
============
The Lotus Organizer files you wish to import are stored in *.ORG format
while WinFax defaults to *.CSV.

Solution 2:
===========
From within Lotus Organizer, set the export phonebook file format to *.CSV.
Although Lotus Organizer can export *.DBF files, WinFax automatically maps
fields when you import Organizer files in *.CSV format.

Note: CSV stands for Comma Separated Value.
