Subject: Act! Changes Auto Receive Option in WinFax

Situation 1:
============
When using Act! v1.1, the Auto Receive option is automatically turned on in
WinFax.

Solution 1:
===========
You must upgrade to Act! v2.0 to solve this problem. Contact Symantec for
information on upgrades.

Situation 2:
============
When using Act! v2.0, the Auto Receive option is turned off in WinFax after
a failed fax transmission.

Solution 2:
===========
If you cancel the fax transmission or the fax transmission fails, Act! may
turn off the Auto Receive option in WinFax. There is no solution to this
problem at the present time. If your fax transmission fails, check the
WinFax status bar to ensure that Auto Receive has not been turned off.

To turn Auto Receive back on:

- From the Setup menu, choose Receive. The Receive Setup dialog appears.
- Enable the Automatic Reception option and click OK.
