Subject: Logitech ScanMan Doesn't Function with Scan and File

Situation:
==========
When you choose Scan and File from the WinFax Scan menu, the Logitech 
ScanMan scanner does not function correctly.

Solution:
=========
This command does not work with Logitech's version 2.00 TWAIN driver. 
According to Logitech Technical Support, their version 2.20 TWAIN driver 
solves the problem.

To check the version of your TWAIN driver:

-  From within the Logitech FotoTouch program, click File/Acquire. 
-  Click the minus sign box in the upper left hand corner of the Acquire 
   dialog, then click About ScanMan. 

If the About dialog lists version 2.00 or less, contact Logitech for an 
upgrade to version 2.20 of the TWAIN driver.

to have your ScanMan serial number handy.
