What is This Program?
---------------------
This is a program which runners may find useful. The main features of
this program are a running calculator and a log book. You enter the
distance you ran and the time and the program then calculates your pace
and estimated finishing times for a number of distance. For each
distance two finishing times are calculated, one assuming you run at a
constant pace and one assuming your pace slows down the further you run.

Runstat also supports a running log. Press a menu item to update your
running log and the statistics for the most recent run are appended onto
this file. A notepad is then automaticaly brought up with this file so
you can add your own comments. You can then defines searches for your
logbook and plot your run results.

Finally, RunStat has a useful helpfile with useful running trivia.
Included in the file is a listing of: world records, calories consumed
while running, shoe size conversions, internet information, etc..
