HTS is a Windows application for tracking hurricanes on
a map. The hurricane track is saved for future entry
or editing and can be printed to any Windows supported
printer. HTS requires Windows 3.1 to run.

The shareware concept means that you can test-drive this
program for a period of one month.  If you continue to
use this program you must register it by sending $25
check or money order to:

Installation:
=============
To install HTS from a down-loaded ZIP file:

1) Create a temporary directory on drive C.
2) Copy the Zipped archive file to the temporary directory
   and unzip the files into it.
3) From Program Manger click on the "File" menu or type
   "ALT-F".
4) Choose "Run"
5) Type "C:(temporary directory)\INSTALL"
6) When installation is complete you can delete the
   temporary directory and its files.

To install HTS from a floppy diskette:

1) Insert the diskette in the floppy drive (A: or B:).
2) From Program Manger click on the "File" menu or type
   "ALT-F".
3) Choose "Run".
4) Type "A:INSTALL" or "B:INSTALL" depending on which
   drive the installation diskette is in.


Registration:
=============
If you like the program and would like to obtain the
fully-functioning version send a check or money-order
for $25 (and return address) to the following address:

The easiest way to register is to print out the
order form by clicking on the "Print Order Form"
button shown on the opening screen of the program.

When you register you will receive a 3 1/2" diskette
with the complete program. You will also be notified
when updates are available.

The software has been tested on several Windows machine
with a variety of printers.  If you are having difficulties
with the media please contact the author for another
copy of the diskette.

Distribution:
=============

The shareware version of this program may be freely
distributed and users may freely copy it and share
with their friends.  The files on the ".zip" file
must be maintained intact and must be distributed
together. Inidividual files or groups of files may
not be distributed separately.

This software may not be represented as anything other
than shareware and the shareware concept must be
explained in any ad or catalog that includeds this
software and on any packaging used to display it.
