*** Caution ***

The info that is required by the wizard to recolour the map,
is saved as a series of range noted somewhere in the columns
'IA' to 'IJ'. Therefore if the map is to be altered, do not
delete any of the cells in this region that have range notes.

The add in has only been tested on Microsoft Excel v5.0a, and
therefore is not guaranteed to work correctly with any other
revision (although it probably will).

*** Wizard Note ***

The 'Finish' button on the three wizard dialogs, can be used
to create a map more quickly. This is done by using the
values that are already in the add in. These are the last
values to be chosen on a previous map.

The 'Cancel' button on the three wizard dialogs, can be used
to stop the create a map.

*** Map Workbook Note ***

The workbook 'MAPS.XLS' is the store of all the maps that can
be used by the wizard.
Each map is kept in a single worksheet, where the worksheet
tab is the maps name.
Each map consists of a selection of drawing objects.
Each drawing object is named with the equivalent map region
name.

The map store is kept separate to the Add In, so that it may
be altered at any time. Thus maps can be deleted or added to
the store.
Maps are deleted by deleting the worksheet containing the map.
Maps are added by:
   Inserting a new worksheet
Naming the worksheet with the new map name.
Creating drawing objects on the worksheet that represent
the map. Where each drawing object, is named with the
      equivalent map region name.
