The Virtual Monitors Demo version will run for 15 minutes at a time
before exiting.  We suggest that you don't edit crucial data during this
time.

	- This is our economy order where you will be sent the disk and
	  printed manual.  (Without our nice box.)  This saves us
	  and you money and also saves our environment.

3. Virtual Monitors 3.0 sent via mail (US. Mail, UPS, Fedex, Airborne,etc.) 
	- This is our complete package where you will receive the disk,
	  printed manual all inside our nice box.

Enhanced user interface! 

Enhanced Graphic Map
   - New Look
   - Easier to see minimized Apps
   - Now says the name of the window you pick up, at the top of the screen
   - Use up and down cursor keys to cycle through overlapping windows.

Group Manager 
   - Now you can manage your sessions more efficiently
   - Use a phrase instead of a file name to describe your saved session
   - Delete saved sessions
   - Rename saved sessions
   - Set a default startup session
   - Close on load option : closes all apps on all monitors, (except #1)

Auto Start with Group Select  (option)
   - When VMON starts you can have it ask you which of the saved sessions
     you want to load.

Show Monitor # option  (option)
   - Tells VMON to display the Monitor # under the mouse cursor when it 
     is at rest over an open part of the desktop.

VMON Icon System Menu enhanced
   - Now shows monitor names in system menu!
   - Many more options and easier to select.

Auto Select Feature (option)
   - Now VMON lets you activate windows, just by moving the mouse cursor
     over it (Workstation look and feel!)

VMON to Top (option) enhanced
   - Now VMON will always stay on top

Enhanced Window List
   - Make even more room on your desktop by hiding certain windows!
     You can hide or show any window.
   - Password protect any window! (Enable/Disable)
   - Raise and Lower a window (make any window a top most window)
   - Run other apps
   

Auto Saving of current session (option)
   - VMON can now automaticly save your current session when you exit windows.
   - This allows you to startup windows the way you left it!
     (If the Auto Start option is Enabled)

Icon Switch (option)
   - Changes the VMON Icon to a button keypad of the twelve monitors
     allowing you to click on the icon to go to a specific monitor!
     
MultiMap (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Allows you to MultiMap Monitor #12 to all monitors.
     Example: If you want the clock to appear on all monitors, then
     just turn the multimap option on, move the clock to monitor #12
     and now the clock will appear on all monitors.

Screen Links (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Now you can create icons that allow you to quickly switch between
     monitors.

Side Switch (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Now you can change monitors by moving the mouse all the way to
     the left or right side of the screen and clicking the left 
     button.

Clutter Control (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Now you can unclutter your desktop by telling Virtual Monitors
     how many Open Windows you want displayed at one time, and
     how many Visible Icons.  For instance if you set the Open
     Windows value to 1. Only one application would be opened and
     all other icons on the monitor would be displayed as icons.
     By setting the number of visible icons you can limit the
     number of visible icons on your desktop.  You can access these
     hidden icons through the Virtual Monitors Task/Window List.

Enhanced Drag and Drop
   - When enabled this will enable you to Activate/Restore the 
     window the mouse is over during a Drag operation.
     This enables you to see the application you are dropping into
     more easily and completely.

Session Saving
   - Now VMON automaticly recognizes DOS sessions.

Window Wizard (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Now you can easily, automatically distribute windows on the current
     monitor to other monitors by using window wizard. 

OmniMenu (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Now you can switch to the Virtual Monitors window list from any 
     applications system menu.

Easy Time (trademark by Federated Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Lets you view the current system time in the current applications
     title bar.

System Resources monitor (Easy Rez, trademark by Federated 
			  Telecommunications Corp.)
   - Display your system resources in the caption bar of the currently
     active window.  Hold the right mouse button down on the
     system resource gauges to display additional information.

Mouse Move
   - Move applications with the mouse by holding down CTRL and ALT and 
     clicking the mouse right or left buttons on the title bar or open
     part of the menu bar. (SHIFT will bring you along with the 
     application). Right button moves to current screen +1 left to
     current screen -1.


Allows viewing of hidden windows.


Reduced required memory amount!  Now VMON uses much less non-swappable
memory and resources.


Shift key can be used during startup to tell Virtual Monitors not to autoload
any group.  The shift key can be used at closing time to tell VMON
not to save the session to the default file.



The following is the
License for the commercial version of software.  The demo version may be
freely distributed, but the full working commercial version may not and
is subject to the following license agreement.  The demo version is subject
to this license as well except as it may be copied and distributed freely
as long as it is not modified.

This license is provided so you may see the terms and conditions you
will be subject to when you obtain a commercial version
of Virtual Monitors.

The software described in this document is furnished under a license agreement.
It is against the law to copy Federated Telecommunications Corp's software
or manuals onto any medium for any purpose other than the purchasers personal use.

the program. Use of all or any portion of this package indicates your agreement
to the following terms and conditions.  If you do not agree with such terms and
conditions, you should promptly return this package before using it to the place
of purchase for a refund or exchange.


DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply to the terms as they appear in this agreement:

Federated Software means Federated Telecommunications Corp.

You and Your refer to any person or entity that aquires or uses this package.

Package means the software, user's manual and other items accompanying this
agreement.

Software means the computer program contained in this package, together with all
codes, techniques, software tools, formats, designs, concepts, methods and ideas
associated with the computer program.  The term also includes all copies od
any part of the software, as well as the manual and other printed materials contained
in this package.  (If distributed through authorized means electronically by
Federated Telecommunications Corp. this means in addition all codes, techniques, 
software tools, formats, designs, concepts, methods and ideas included within the 
electronic distribution).

PERMITTED USES
--------------

Federated Telecommunications Corp. grants you a non-exclusive license to use the
software in this package on ONE computer at a time and make ONE backup copy of the
software, which automatically becomes the property of Federated Telecommunications Corp.
and is subject to this agreement.


PROHIBITED USES
---------------

You may NOT:

Make the software available to any person or entity other than your employees, who
must use the software as specified under PERMITTED USES.  You may, however, after
written notification to Federated Telecommunications Corp., transfer all
(but no lesser portion) of the software to another person or entity,who in turn will be
subject to this agreement.

Modify the software or merge it with another program, except for your personal use on
a single computer.  Any modification or merged portion of the software is subject
to this agreement.

Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or make any attempt to discover the source
code to the software.

Translate or create derivative works based on the software.

Remove, obscure, or alter any notice of Federated Telecommunications Corp., copyright or
other proprietary rights related to the software.

Sub-license, sell, lend,rent, or lease any portion of the software.

Copy any portion of the software except to make a backup copy, as described in the
PERMITTED USES.

Operate the software on more that ONE computer at a time.  (If you plan to operate the
software on a network please contact Federated Telecommunications Corp. to request
a multi-use license).

Transfer the software or any direct product to any person or entity in violation of
the United States Export Administration Act.

This software involves valuable proprietary rights of Federated Telecommunications Corp.
Federated Telecommunications Corp. retains title and ownership of the software and
all copyright, trade secret, trade name, trademark, and other proprietary rights related 
to the software, regardless of the form that the original copies exist in.  You may not
violate these rights, and you must take appropriate steps to protect
Federated Telecommunications Corp.'s rights.  Federated Telecommunications Corp. may
at any time replace, modify, alter, improve, enhance or change the software.

Both the license and your right to use the software terminate automatically if you
violate any part of this agreement.  In the event of termination, you must immeadiately
destroy all copies of the software or return them to Federated Telecommunications Corp.
