Pupppet for Windows NT

This program uses OpenGL that is currently only available on Windows NT
platform.  So it will not run on Windows 3.x or Windows95.  Windows95
will get OpenGL support from MS later.  At that time, this program
should run on Windows95 without problem.

Installation
------------
Simply copy the two files (puppet.exe and puppet.hlp) to the directory
of your choice.
