NT 3D
                                 Version 1.3

 NT 3D is to make all windows in Windows NT 3.51 with the "Motif" look, all
 thickfrmae borders and the title bar will have the 3 dimensional look. All
 child dialogs, will have the control 3 dimension look from Ctl3d32.dll as
 well.

 Practically all 32bit windows can have this nice effect, including the
 Latest microsoft application such as Word 7.0 or netscape. (LATEST: 16 bit
 applications are subclassed too)

 This is a freeware. Author is not responsibile for any damaged caused while
 using the Nt3D application.

 Feedback are welcome to let me know what are the problem/anamolies
 encountered while running this Nt3D

 (NEW!!!) Included in Nt3D.zip is a dll Nt3d-beta.dll, which is in the
 process of combining the Xmouse clone into this Nt3d. The purpose is to
 make the whole package compact and small (I know the old version of
 JCmOuse is too big for any good use). This Nt3d-beta.dll so far includes
 the auto-highlight menu item using mouse pointer, but this is just the
 beginning. You can replace the nt3d32.dll with this Nt3d-beta.dll (rename
 the latter to nt3d32.dll) and off you go, Nt3d with addition features!

 (NEW2!!) Included also is dll Nt3d-beta2.dll, which has add on features
 together with those in nt3d32.dll and Nt3d-beta.dll. Check out the History
 list for the details of changes.

 (NEW3!!) Nt3d-beta.dll is removed from the archive. Included however is new
 beta version, Nt3d-beta3.dll. Check out the History list for the details of
 new features included.

 Nt3d-betaXX are all in full working condition. They are in
 beta because some features might not be there permanently or they could be
 enhanced further.

                                   (A) SETUP INFO

To Install NT3D
===============

o Open Regedt32.exe and lookup for the registry Key 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Wintdows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_Dlls

 insert the string value,    nt3d32

o Place the copy of NT3D32.DLL and CTL3D32.DLL (if you do not have a copy
in your system) and CW3215MT.DLL into %windir%\system32 Directory

o Reboot your NT, now you are ready to go for NT 3D!

NOTE: Rename nt3d-beta3.dll to NT3D32.DLL if you want additional useful features as
      described in the history List.

To Uninstall NT3D
=================

o Undo what you have done in the first step of installation. Ie. remove the
  key value "nt3d32"

o Reboot your NT

o Delete away Nt3d32.dll if you want to.

o Uninstallation is completed.




                    (B) HISTORY REPORT


Version 1.0

  o 3D Effect achieved via invoking application Nt3d.exe.
  o Limited subclassing, Word7.0, Excel, etc windows applications cannot
  have the effect.

Version 1.1

  o Move it to be a system DLL.
  o All 32 bit Applications will load this DLL
  o Crashes in winlogon.
  o Iconised window are drawn as well

Version 1.3

  o Fix the problem on winlogon halted when attempting to load this DLL

Version 1.6

  o Added in system menu when right click the title bar
  o Set Text Font in dialog and its controls to MS San Serif, Normal type.
    instead of default Bold.
  o All Caption bar are drawn with 3D effect.

Version 1.7 (nt3d-beta3.dll)
  o Subclass 16 bit applications
  o Subclass all windows in multi-thread applications
  o Borland 4.5 IDE is the only 16 application which does not
    subclass properly. But it is still able to run without any problem.
