NetTools 1.2 is a user configurable speed bar designed specifically
for use with internet applications and HTML authoring tools.  I got
tired of "fishing" for my HTML tools.  Will launch virtually any
application on yr PC though as long as it runs under windows. 
Shareware registered version is completely user configurable. Change
color,buttons displayed, snap to position, Title Bar Caption.

Changes to version 1.2 include addition of a dynamic timing bar
that measures modem connect times and free user resources

Makes excellent GUI for distribution of other shareware apps
for Internet Service Providers.  Product is supported by its
own netsite.
