1. Introduction

Ladybug 1.00 for Windows is a MPEG video player. It takes the power of multimedia support on Windows95. There are limited number of files to play in this demo. The Ladybug for windows has following properties:

    • 3. Install: 
        1. store the ladybug.zip file to your  sub-directory.
    2. use PKUNZIP uncompress the file.
    3. run install and ladybug.exe on Windows95
    4. click right mouse button to active a popup menu
    5. open short.mpg and play to test
    4. Advanced Demo: 
        1. set ladybug.exe as an external viewer for .mpg files on Netscape or Mosaic
    2. open local file demo.html in your ladybug subdirectory
    3. select MPEG demo files on the list 
    4. suggest using 800x600 or 1024x768 w/256 colors video mode
    5. Pentium(tm) or 586 will show best performance
    5. Tips To Play On Windows95: 
        1. stretch the size of window with mouse to any size 
    2. minimize to icon window animation for funny
    3. select option item and set Double Size or Loop to watch the double size
        video or play with loop
    4. select information item after playing a file to find the benchmark speed   
    5. run multiple ladybug.exe at the same time to test the multitasking performance on Windows95 
       (this is not available for ladybug running on Windos3.1+Win32s since the
limited function of Win32s)
